Unless arrangements are made with us, you cover the cost of the return.
You are responsible for any damage incurred during the return shipment. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged, in excellent condition and using the original packaging and box if serviceable.
If possible, please provide us with the tracking number for the return shipment.
